Conclave of Wind
This boss is a timing and execution fight, complicated at first but easily executable once understood.

Abilities

Anshal

Soothing winds - Summons a Green Circle on a random target (on adds or the boss himself) which heals for 20000 per second. Standing in this area will silence all raid members while they remain inside the area. Lasts 30 seconds.

Nurture - Summons a Ravenous Creeper every second for 5 seconds. Ravenous Creepers have Toxic Spores.

Toxic Spores - Spores erupt from the caster every 5 seconds afflicting damage to everyone within 8 yards with a tocin that deals 500 damage per second for 5 seconds. Stacks up to 25 times.

Zephyr - Cast at full energy, heals all allies within 100 yards for 25k health per second and gives them a 15% damage buff for 15 seconds. Stacking buff.

Nezir

Wind Chill - Deals roughly 5k frost damage to all enemies within 100 yards and increases frost damage taken by 10% for 30 seconds. Stacks.

Permafrost - Blasts a direction cone of frost towards Nezirs target dealing roughly 10k damage per second for 3 seconds.

Ice Patch - Deals roughly 7.5k frost damage per second to all enemies within 20 yards slowing movement speed by 10%. Lasts 3 Seconds and stacks.

Sleet Storm - Cast at full energy, Deals roughly 30k frost damge per second to all targets within 100 yards. Damage is divided between all players within 100 yards. 15 Second duration.

Rohash

Slicing Gale - Targets random enemies dealing 12-13k nature damage and increasing nature damage they receive by 5% for 30 seconds. Stacks.

Wind Blast - Spins slowly around the platform blasting the area Rohash is facing. 10k Damage and anyone caught in the Wind Blast is knocked off the platform. 10 Second Duration.

Tornado - 3 Tornados move around the platform randomly dealing 40k damage to anyone within 10 yards and knocking them back.

Hurricane - Cast at full energy. Lifts all enemies on platform into the air caushing 2500 damage per second for 15 seconds. After the cast is done players will drop out of the air and take additional fall damage.

Strategy
Organization and execution is the key to this fight. Many platform swaps are going to be made for 8 of the raid members. Plan the fight, make sure everyone knows what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.

1. Setup the raid

Rohash Platform: Players on this platform must be able to avoid moving tornados, as well as a direction Wind Blast that will knock you off the platform (run away from the front of Rohash when he starts to cast this)
1. Healer C
2. DPS C (able to pull high DPS while avoiding tornados)

Anshal Platform: Don't stand in green circles they will silence you, and don't let enemies stand in them they will get healed.
1. Tank A
2. Healer A (One that is able to heal the tank but who is also a strong raid healer)
3. 4 DPS, Ideally at least 2 Ranged

Nezirs Platform: Don't stand in front of the boss, don't stand in frost patches, and stay in range of your one (1) healer.
1. Tank B
2. Healer B

2. Make sure everyone knows the gameplan - The idea of this fight is to defeat Anshal, Nezir, and Rohash within a minute of the first dying. You will want to take them down in that order idealy with Anshal first and Rohash and Nezir after.

3. Switching - The healer and DPS on the Rohash platform never leave their platform, they will be there the entire fight. The other 8 people in the raid will constantly be switching between Anshal and Nezirs platform to equalize DPS between the two , as well as to drop off stacks of the Wind Chill debuff that is acquired by standing on Nezirs platform. 8 People are constantly switching, but all the switching does not happen at once. If any of the 3 bosses lack players to attack on their platform they will put a debuff on the entire raid which may be detrimental to player survival. The one platform that is less likely to cause a wipe that you can leave unoccupied for a few seconds is Nezir's. If no one is on Nezir's platform he will put a debuff on the raid which increases casting time, but as soon as he is able to attack someone the debuff will go away.

-Anshal spawns adds everytime he reaches around 40 energy, these adds must be killed or they will kill the offtank, or be healed and empowered when 100 Energy is hit.

-Nezir must have the majority of the raid on his platform everytime 100 energy is reached otherwise the Sleet Storm damage will not have enough people to spread its damage amongst, making player death iminent. The longer you stay on this platform though, the more damage you will take due to the stacking debuff Wind Chill.

-Once a certain amount of energy is reached, you are unable to jump platforms during that time until after the Ultimate moves are casted and their energy resets (Try to jump around 80ish Energy)

Knowing all this now, I will explain how the switching has to go.

Tank A, Healer A, and 4 DPS will start on Anshals Platform
Tank B, Healer B will start on Nezirs Platform
Healer C, DPS C will stay on Rohash Platform the entire fight

------------------------------------------------

Tank A, Healer A, and 4 DPS stay on Anshals platform until adds spawn around 40 Energy, adds will spawn. These need to be DPS'd down before a switch happens so AOE these down asap. If you're a ranged dps or healer, staying max range of these is ideal to not take damage from them.

>>>

Once all the adds are down on Anshals Platform, Healer B jumps from Nezirs Platform to Anshals Platform with Tank B Leaving after (Healer B MUST leave first to avoid being one shotted by Nezir) - Once Tank B arrives on Anshals platform, he taunts Anshal off Tank A, and Tank A immediately jumps to Nezir's platform with the 4 DPS and Healer A directly after.

>>>

Energy reaches 100 and the bosses cast their special moves, large aoe healing is required on Nezirs platform while little to no raid healing is required on Anshals platform. Anshal is stationary at the center of his platform but will receive a damage increase once he is active again, tank cooldowns are used at this point.

>>>

After the bosses special moves, 4 DPS on Nezirs platform jump back to Anshals Platform before adds spawn again (jump before it gets near 40 energy). Healer A then just after the DPS jumps, with Tank A directly after.

>>>

Tank A will then taunt Anshal back, and Tank B will jump back to Nezirs platform, followed by Healer B.

>>>

Cycle repeats after this since everyone is back at their starting platforms, the idea is to get Nezir and Anshall down at the same pace, while DPS C and Healer C take down Rohash by themselves.

4. Once Nezir and Rohash are around 10-15%, kill Anshall first, then Nezir, then Rohash.

Tips:

- If you have a good melee that can avoid tornados and pull high dps, its ideal to put him on Rohash platform to help lessen raid damage from the adds on Anshals platform, you ideally want majority ranged dps on Anshals platform.

- Communication is the key, make sure as a group you move in quick sucession with eachother (Tank A + Healer A, and Tank B + Healer B)

- Use Bloodlust/Time Warp to catch up between Nezir and Anshall, do not use it towards the end when youre jumping platforms to kill them all, its wasted time.
